Black Cage Gym is not another fitness centre — it is a powerlifting institution. Built from the ground up for athletes who demand more from themselves, this is where raw strength meets unwavering discipline.
Every rack, every plate, every square metre of this facility exists for one purpose: to forge the strongest GOATs in powerlifting. The environment is hardcore. The coaching is precise. The standard is elite.
We operate Monday through Saturday — two focused sessions daily. Morning from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, evening from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Sundays are for recovery. Everything else is for war.

A decade under the bar has forged Tayeeb into one of the most formidable strength athletes to emerge from Bihar. With a combined SBD total of 530 kg, he doesn't just train athletes — he builds champions. Known in the iron community as the "World's Strongest Bencher," Tayeeb brings an unrelenting pursuit of strength rooted in progressive overload, periodisation, and an iron-clad work ethic.

At just 16 years old, fully natty, and fuelled entirely by a plant-based diet, Saad has shattered expectations with a combined total of 480 kg — including a jaw-dropping 110 kg bench press. His signature? Loading plates on one side of the barbell and still dominating the lift. This isn't potential — this is a powerlifting monster already in motion.
